Meredith has created and driven disruptive growth at both Fortune 100 and start-up companies. She has spent a decade navigating changing consumer demands and real estate environments for restaurants.

As chief development officer at Taco Bell, Meredith reignited unit growth after the 2008-2009 recession to build 1000+ Taco Bells and add over $1 billion in sales to the brand.

As chief operating officer at Kitchen United, Meredith created the business model, raised two rounds of capital, and was the public face of this Google Ventures-backed ghost kitchen start-up.

Together with co-author Carl Orsbourn, Meredith recently published the book “Delivering the Digital Restaurant: Your Roadmap to the Future of Food.”

Over the last four years, Meredith has met with every major restaurant company, food-tech company, real estate company, and VC investor who is exploring the online food revolution.
